ARK provides professional vehicle repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to accident damage repair and SMART repair. These terms govern the use of our website and services, and apply to all customers and visitors.

2. Estimates & Inspections

All quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on an initial inspection.
Final pricing may change if additional damage or requirements are discovered during the repair process.
Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
ARK reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late changes.

4. Repairs & Warranty

All repairs are completed by qualified technicians using quality materials and components.
Workmanship is guaranteed for a set period (typically 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first) unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not cover faults due to misuse, third-party intervention, or unrelated mechanical issues.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers are advised to remove personal items from their vehicles before handing them over.
ARK accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside vehicles.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the work performed.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless agreed in writing.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.
